HARROGATE HOUSE POLICIES
Check-In/Check-out times: The check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier and we will do our best to accommodate you. Late checkout requests may be requested but are subject to determination based on occupancy. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum is usually required. However, we do open up single night bookings closer to the date of arrival, if available.
Payment Policy: A credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm reservations. We accept payment by Cash, MasterCard & Visa.
Minimum Age Requirements: All guests must be 21 years or older to book guest room accommodations at the Harrogate House Inn. A valid photo ID may be requested at the time of check in for age verification. Harrogate House Inn stays are tailored for adults and therefore, we reserve the right to decline entry to any person below the age of 12 unless agreed by us in writing before arrival.
Room Rates: Room rates are listed for single/ double occupancy and included breakfast for each registered guest. Additional guests in the room will incur a charge of $95.00 per night, per person.
Taxes: Hotel stays in Niagara-on-the-Lake are subject to HST (13% Canadian Government Taxes).
Smoking Policy: Harrogate House Inn is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Inn. Failure to abide by this rule may result in you being asked to leave the property. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guest room, Harrogate House Inn will charge a $450.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival is free. Between 5 days and 3 days a charge equal to the first night stay will incurred. Less than 3 days notice will result in 100% of the stay being charged.
